Huawei recently launches its premium flagship wearable device, the Huawei Watch 3 it features a premium design, functional crown, eSIM compatibility, long battery life, and runs on the latest HarmonyOS 2.0.

We got the new Huawei Watch 3 for test review and here's our unboxing and early thoughts of this latest wearable device from Huawei.

Unboxing
The Huawei Watch 3 is packed in a normal watch box with an image of the watch and the Huawei logo on the top and the watch's technical specifications on the bottom of the box.

Once opened, it's presented with the Watch 3 that looks really premium, a magnetic charger with cable, and some documentation, which is pretty much everything you need for a smartwatch.

Design and Built
Looking at the Watch 3, one might assume it's expensive because of its titanium shell, which looks like a traditional watch. The case has a diameter of 46mm and is composed of stainless steel 316L, while the rear of the plate is made of ceramic. It features a 22mm fluoroelastomer strap that provides a silky, smooth texture.

The watch is equipped with a huge 1.43-inch AMOLED display that supports full-screen touch functions such as swiping, tapping, pushing, and holding, among other things.

On the side, there is a mechanical rotating crown and a button. When turning the crown, the watch delivers haptic feedback. Its also easy to designate an app to the Side button, which acts as a quick app launcher.

The silicone band supplied is comfy and still very nice to wear. The band is fitted with quick-release pins that may be removed quickly and replaced with a more fashionable band. The band has a typical buckle with two loops to hold it in place.

The HUAWEI WATCH 3 packs over 100+ workout and sports modes made from running, swimming, golf, and all your favorite sports. It also has a skin temperature sensor, all-day SPO2, and stress monitoring, and handwashing detection for overall health tracking. All these can also be easily and conveniently trackable with the use of the Huawei Health App.

First Impressions
The Huawei Watch 3 is a fitness-focused smartwatch that integrates an eSIM, which allows you to make and receive calls even when you don't have your smartphone with you. In addition, it has the capability of receiving SMS notifications. MeeTime calls can be done over Wi-Fi and data networks, as well. Additionally, Watch 3 allows you to stream your favorite music and podcasts and listen to them anywhere you go.
